Terms of Service

Last Updated: May 22, 2026. Please read these platform rules carefully. These guidelines govern your B2B access to Zaveri Bazaar virtual catalogues and chat systems.

Acceptance of Commercial Terms

By accessing the Zaveri Bazaar application (the "Platform"), downloading the mobile app, or setting up a digital showroom directory account, you agree to become bound by these Terms of Service. If you are entering this agreement on behalf of a jewelry business, gold casting house, or wholesale brand, you certify that you have appropriate legal representation to commit that business entity.

1. Agreement & B2B Eligibility

Zaveri Bazaar is exclusively a business-to-business (B2B) digital showroom discovery platform. By registering an account or browsing catalogues, you warrant that you are a registered entity (sole proprietorship, partnership, or corporate firm) active in the gold, diamond, gemstone, or metal jewellery trade, possessing active commercial licensing such as a GSTIN, trade license, or BIS registration. Individual retail consumer actions are strictly forbidden.

2. Wholesaler KYC & Cataloguing

Wholesale manufacturers and sellers agree to supply authentic business identification papers during onboarding. All listing media, product karat grades (e.g. 22K, 18K), diamond certifications, and weight descriptions must be authentic and correct. Uploading stolen design mockups, copyright-infringing cataloguing, or counterfeit goods is a material breach and results in immediate, permanent ban.

3. Pure Discovery Platform Disclaimer

Zaveri Bazaar provides only search cataloguing, virtual directory listings, live stock feeds, and connection tools (direct chat and contact redirects). We are not a party to, nor do we facilitate, dictate, or guarantee any financial transactions, escrow systems, physical gold assaying, logistics, customs, or dispatch arrangements. Purity confirmation, invoicing compliance, shipping liability, and payments are settled solely between the buyer and the seller at their own risk.

4. Metal Purity & Purity Testing

All trading parties must conform to local regulatory standards, notably the Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) Hallmarking mandates. Buyers retain the full responsibility to check government hallmarks, gemstone grading laboratory records (GIA, IGI, etc.), and physically assay metal items prior to final billing settlements.

5. Intellectual Property Protection

All catalogue designs, wholesale images, and marketing media are protected. Scraping, crawling, downloading, or caching wholesale designs via automated scrapers, web spiders, or reverse engineering scripts to steal design work or competitor pricing indices is strictly prohibited and constitutes actionable intellectual property violation.

6. Account Revocation & Disputes

We reserve the absolute right to suspend, freeze, or terminate buyer or seller access without notice in cases of trade defaults, fraudulent pricing reports, abusive communication over B2B chats, or double-brokering listings. Any dispute relating to the use of the platform itself shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.
